Who we are
This privacy policy explains how PSC Bike fit (also trading as Peak Sports Coaching) handles personal data. We are based at Unit 2c, North End Business Park, Swineshead, Boston, Lincolnshire PE20 3PW.

What we collect
We may collect:
- Enquiry and booking details: name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp preference, what you are looking for, and any message you send via our website forms.
- Fit and coaching records: information you give us for a bike fit, shoe fitting, coaching, or related services (for example bike details, goals, discomfort or injury notes, and session outcomes), where needed to provide the service safely and accurately.
- Technical and analytics data: basic server or hosting logs, essential site functionality data, and visit analytics via Dotwall Monitor (see ourcookie policy).
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this website.
Why we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange fittings, coaching, or other services
- Provide, improve, and follow up on sessions you book with us
- Send practical service messages (for example appointment details)
- Meet legal, accounting, and insurance obligations where required
- Keep the website secure and working properly

- Email delivery: Resend, which processes enquiry emails and delivers them to contact@pscbikefit.co.uk
- Hosting, IT, and analytics: providers who host this website or related systems (for example Netlify), and Dotwall Monitor for site visit analytics, acting on our instructions
- Professional advisers or insurers where reasonably necessary
- Authorities if the law requires us to disclose information
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails and related records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, business records, and legal requirements. Fit and coaching records are kept for as long as useful for your ongoing service and our legitimate business and insurance needs, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
