About these terms

These terms apply when you use the PSC Bike fit website (pscbikefit.co.uk and related pages) or submit an enquiry. Services such as bike fitting, coaching, shoe fitting, and bespoke bikes are provided byPSC Bike fit (also trading as Peak Sports Coaching) from our studio in Swineshead near Boston, Lincolnshire.

By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to submit an enquiry.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form on this website does not create a confirmed booking or contract. We review your message and follow up about availability, suitability, pricing, and next steps. A booking is only confirmed when we expressly confirm it with you (for example by email or message) and any deposit or payment terms we agree are met.

Prices and information on the site

Prices, package descriptions, and other content on the site are a guide and may change. Final fees and what is included are confirmed before you book. We may update or correct website content without notice.

Images and case studies illustrate our work. Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have an injury or medical concern, speak to an appropriate clinician as well as discussing it with us where relevant to a fit.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and bike or coaching information
• Tell us about relevant injuries, conditions, or limitations before a session
• Arrive on time for confirmed appointments, or give reasonable notice if you need to change
• Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it

Services and studio visits

Bike fitting and related services take place at our studio unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for getting yourself and your bike to the studio safely. Parking and access details are provided when we confirm a session.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit rules (if any) will be confirmed at booking. Missed appointments without notice may be charged at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

We provide the website on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Liability arising from a paid service is governed by the booking terms agreed for that service.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law
